These terms apply to every visitor and user of hotels24.gr (hereinafter “the website”). Using the website means you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What the website does
The website displays offers from hotels and accommodations published by the accommodation providers themselves, travel agencies and partners (“providers”). We are not a travel agency, we do not sell accommodation services and we do not collect payments for bookings. Booking, payment, cancellation and any claims relating to accommodation are made directly with the provider, according to their terms.
3. Accuracy of offers
Prices, availability, descriptions and photographs are set by the providers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure they are correct and up-to-date, but they may change without notice or contain errors. The final price and terms are those that will be confirmed by the provider at booking. The climate resilience fee is paid at the accommodation, unless the offer states that it is included.
4. Booking requests (B&B & villas)
For accommodations in the B&B & villas section, you can send a booking request. The request and your contact details are forwarded to the owner, who will reply to you directly. The request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
5. Reviews
Reviews must be based on actual stays, be honest and must not contain offensive, illegal or advertising content or personal data of third parties. We verify the email of each review and may remove those that violate these terms. By posting, you grant us the right to display the text and photographs on the website.
6. Intellectual property
The logo, design and texts of the website belong to us. Photographs and descriptions of accommodations belong to the providers. Copying or automated collection of content (scraping) without written permission is prohibited.
7. Links to other websites
The “View offer” buttons link to provider websites. We do not monitor their content, privacy practices or services and are not responsible for them.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the quality or performance of the providers’ services, for any damage from using the website’s information or from temporary unavailability of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and applicable law
