Terms of cooperation for professionals

These terms apply to hotels, travel agencies and accommodation owners (‘professionals’) who publish on hotels24.gr, and are supplementary to the Terms of use.

1. Who can publish

Accommodations with an active METE number (or AMA for short-term rental) and businesses with a VAT number. The professional declares that they have the right to offer the services they advertise.

2. Content

The professional is responsible for the accuracy of prices, dates, descriptions and photographs, as well as for their usage rights. They must honour the published price for those who book through hotels24. We may correct, suspend or remove content that is misleading, illegal or contrary to these terms, without refund if the breach is serious.

3. Bookings and commission

Bookings are made directly between customer and professional. hotels24 takes no commission and does not participate in the accommodation agreement. The professional is charged for advertising only.

4. Offers and advertising packages

• Each offer is a specific holiday package with duration, price and services.
• An offer remains online until its expiry date (or the maximum period of the service purchased). When it expires it is completed: it is not extended and its dates do not change. For a new period a new offer is published.
• Each advertising package is purchased for one hotel and is used only for its offers.
• A package’s offers are valid for one year from purchase. Any unused offers are not carried forward, refunded or converted to money.
• Prices include VAT. A receipt is issued for each payment; for an invoice, the business details are completed in the account.

5. Right of withdrawal

The services are aimed at professionals. Upon activation of advertising, the service is considered to be provided immediately and is not refundable, unless we were unable to publish it for reasons attributable to us.

6. Hotel page management

Management of a hotel’s page (description, photographs, replies to reviews) is given after confirming that the account belongs to the hotel. Visitor reviews are not deleted on request; the professional can reply publicly or report a breach.

7. Climate resilience fee

The professional declares whether the price includes the climate crisis resilience fee; if not, we display it next to the price.

8. Liability

We do not guarantee a specific number of visits, calls or bookings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for advertising the specific offer.
